with the compulsory identification data. Clients must provide all of the compulsory identification information, and all of the data required in the context of handling the dossier.
The period for which the personal data will be stored
Your personal data is stored as long as necessary in order to achieve the aim for which it was collected, in line with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in this context, and no longer than 5 years from termination
of the contractual relationship (with the exception of invoicing which is kept for 7 years). Naturally, this stipulation does not affect your rights as
shown below in section on your rights in relation to this processing.
Your rights in relation to this processing
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent, as described below in section on "Our obligation in relation to this processing, at any time. Naturally, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before this withdrawal.
Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from GeminiCorp.be as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and to access to this personal data.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data from GeminiCorp.be, without undue delay, at any time.
Right to Erasure of Data: You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data from GeminiCorp.be without undue delay at any time, in the following cases: (i) the personal data is no longer necessary in relation

explicit and legitimate purposes, (iii) relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, (iv) the data shall be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date, (v) shall
be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed, (vi) all appropriate technical and organisational measures shall
be taken so that the personal data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction
Lawfulness of Processing: GeminiCorp.be is only entitled to process personal data, if one of the following applies: (i) you have explicitly given consent for this, (ii) processing is necessary for the performance of
a contract to which you are (directly or indirectly) a party, (iii) processing forms part of a legal obligation of GeminiCorp.be, (iv) processing is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or those of another
